Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed. Available shipping options may include standard, expedited, and express shipping. Delivery estimates vary by carrier and location and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
International Shipping International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.
